Besurance has developed over three hundred micro activities delivered to you through gentle “nudges” throughout your day with the intent of finding the best approach to:

You 2.0’s micro activities were inspired and crafted by bringing together the best practices from medical, health and behavioral sciences and presenting them as short tasks, activities and games that are fun, engaging and non-invasive to your day to day routine. You 2.0 is free for anyone! Powered by Besurance’s proprietary AI, as you interact with the APP and it gets to know you better, it will propose pathways, designed specifically for you that maximize your probability for long term success.

How it works:

- Participate in peer to peer wellness games and vote on member submissions.

- Combine your daily steps data (via your phones HealthKit) with other individual health factors to receive a health score and engage with our wellness experts.
